Everything For Your Party was founded with a simple goal: to help people celebrate life’s most important moments.

The company was created by Gladys Hurtado, an event professional with more than 21 years of experience in the event industry. Before starting her own company, Gladys worked as a manager at a banquet hall where she coordinated and produced events for several years. During that time, she developed a deep understanding of how meaningful celebrations are for families, friends, and organizations.

After years of organizing events for others, Gladys felt ready to build something of her own — a company that could offer the same level of professionalism but with a more personal approach. In 2014, she organized her first independent event and reinvested the profits to begin building what would eventually become Everything For Your Party.

The early days were simple. The company started with limited resources, a lot of hands-on work, and a strong commitment to quality. Each event became an opportunity to learn, grow, and expand the company’s inventory. Over time, the business grew to include a wide range of event rentals such as chairs, tables, glassware, décor, and other essential event equipment.

Today, Everything For Your Party supports a wide variety of celebrations, including birthdays, baby showers, weddings, family gatherings, and corporate events. Over the past eight years, the company has also expanded into corporate event production, helping businesses with logistics, setup, and event coordination.

In 2025, the company expanded its services even further by adding technical and audiovisual equipment rentals, including sound systems, lighting, and full technical support. This allows the team to provide more complete solutions for both social and corporate events.

What truly sets Everything For Your Party apart is the personal approach to every event. Gladys and her team believe that every celebration — no matter the size — deserves careful attention and thoughtful planning. Their goal is always to understand the client’s vision and help bring it to life.
